Yes we’re a little late… anyway I thought I’d spread the news about this event.
Recycle Your Old Plastic Garden Pots & Containers!!
When?
-Saturday, May 31, 8am-2pm
Where?
-Michigan State University Campus: East Lansing
Parking Lot 46, behind Plant Biology Building, off Wilson Ave.
What can be recycled?
-Tray flats
-Plastic buckets
-Tags (plant labels)
-Pots and containers with the following recycle codes on the bottom: #2 HDPE, #5 PP, #6 PS
How to prepare materials to be recycled:
-Please remove dirt, stones and any other contaminants.
-All containers and tags should be sorted by recycle number and size.
-Stack containers as tightly as possible.
