Michigan Organic Conference / ANR Week

Spring break at MSU is any but a restful time for many of those involved in agriculture. It is, of course, ANR (Agriculture and Natural Resources) Week on campus. This means there are a wealth of information for farmers and food advocates alike in the form of classes and seminars, which can be expensive- but not always.

Still, if you’re passionate about any quirky agricultural subject from beekeeping, wildflowers to cheese making, check out some of the things going on at MSU. Check out the link. My personal favorite is the Michigan Organic Conference at the Kellogg Center- there’s even a film festival and a mixer (featuring organic and michigan ales) at the end of the sessions.
